The staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful particularly as my husband was unwell and needed a doctor - all done with no fuss and all care. Staff members -Quang Long and Nghi (apologies if not spelt correctly) were both outstanding and helped us with our tour of Hue when my husband recovered. The hotel and facilities were great - at first when you head down the alleyway there is a moment of concern - this disappears as soon as you walk in the doors - all good - would stay there again and have since recommended to other travellers to do same.

The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous, and the location was great - close to some good restaurants and the Forbidden Purple city. The breakfast was ok (freshly cooked eggs, fruit, juice, bread). Overall, I think this is good value for money.

We liked its quiet location, the breakfast buffet and the friendliness of the staff.
There was a very bad smell coming out of the bath room sinks and tub.

We loved the panoramic view from our huge window of the river and life around. The room was spacious and clean and everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay easy and enjoyable. They organized our dmz tour and even packed us a big breakfast to take with us! There was a local map and the hotels location was close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast/bar/restaurant area was very comfortable and relaxing.Highly recommended...we would stay here again.

The room I stayed in was very clean, cosy and quality fixtures and fittings are apparent. The breakafst was good and the dining room comfortable. As it is fairly new it is in very goood condition. Its a nice hotel without too many frills built in the middle of old houses. If you are not fussed about views and dont mind smallish rooms its more than adequate.
My room was on the smaller side and I paid for a superior room with river views but was given a standard room with views over grey dowdy rooftops as I was on the 3rd floor maybe you can see the river from higher floors. The views are not that impressive and the location is a little bit out of the way compared to other 3 star hotels. I was charged a bit extra than price quoted on Booked.net. I had booked for 3 nights but stayed only one as it did not suit my needs. I found a nicer hotel centrally located with a larger room with high ceilings , my own balcony, with a real comfy innerspring matress ,excellent views of the city from 7th floor ,with a swimming pool, with inroom computer with internet access and the best buffet and best service I have had in Vietnam for $3 extra per night.

Good location for a visit of Hue. Good breakfast. The hotel rents motorbikes, a great way to explore the sites out of town. We had to have a late check-out and the management was very accommodating in letting us keep the room at a reasonable extra charge..
Unfortunately, the spa facilities were out of operation (under renovation).

Early check in without any problems; possibility to have breakfast upon arrival for a small extra fee; friendly staff at all times.
No heating in the room - with wet weather and wet clothes, left the air in the room damp.

Pho of the breakfast was very delicious.
I reserved the room of the River view. However, I was able to see a few rivers and dirty houses from the window. I was not able to contact the hotel. Because when I booked hotel,I was told a wrong mail address.
